Terms and Conditions

  1. Once a package price has been calculated and accepted by you, we will require a 20% deposit. This deposit is fully refundable provided we are given at least one month’s notice of cancellation.
  2. If notice of less than one month is given of cancellation, then all costs that have already been incurred in trip planning/preparation eg: flights, ferries, accommodation deposit will not be refunded. This amount will be deducted from the deposit amount and the balance refunded.
  3. If you wish to postpone, rather than cancel your trip, we will make every effort to re-schedule your trip to a more suitable date, subject to availability. In most cases we would request that the new dates be confirmed with a 6 month timeframe. Any deposit paid will be credited towards the new dates provided we are given more than one month’s notice of your intent to postpone.
  4. If less than one month’s notice is given of your intent to postpone, then costs already incurred will not be credited toward your new dates unless flights/ferries/accommodation already booked can be re-scheduled to the new dates.
  5. Payment for your trip can be made by direct credit into our bank account, or cash. Full payment is required prior to commencement of your trip.
  6. Travel arrangements to New Zealand are the responsibilty of the participant and we take no responsibilty for organising these. Travel within New Zealand is also the participant’s responsibilty except for flights/ferries to the experience location if accompanied by a guide and included in the package price.
  7. We have access to locations that we believe have sufficient populations of prey to maximise your enjoyment and chances of success. However, elements out of our control eg: environmental conditions, climate changes, natural variations, means we cannot offer a guarantee that you will catch your desired prey. What we offer is a complete, authentic experience with the full intent of securing a catch.
  8. Your safety and enjoyment are very important to us. We are approachable and always interested in any concerns or questions you may have. We will endeavour to reassure you of our commitment to providing you with a safe, well organised and enjoyable experience.
